 Recipe Ingredients

2 Eggs
1cup Khoya
2 Bottle Gourd Grated
2 1/2 cup Milk
1tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp Almonds Coarsely Crushed
4 tbsp Condensed Milk
4 tbsp Sugar

Recipe Method

Boil 2 1/2 cup milk with 4 tbsp sugar add 2 cup grated bottle gourd and cook till thick, remove from fire add 1 cup khoya and 4 tbsp condensed milk, cool mixture add 2 beaten egg and 1 tsp cardamom powder to it, grease a baking dish with 1 tsp butter and pour this mixture in it, sprinkle 1 tbsp crushed almonds on top, bake on 180 degree for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

Every day, every one of us looses some hair. Our body then replaces it with some new strands as part of the many renewal processes that are built into our body systems. As we all age, 'the reappearance of new hair' event gradually slows down. This observable fact is more evident in men than women, whose 'male-pattern baldness is genetically determined and can begin as early as age 20. For women, hair normally thins after age 50, and considerable hair loss before that age is very rare. 

General problems of hair loss: Dandruff, Graying of hair, loosing hair, brittle hair and slow growth of hair are some of the common hair problems that people complain about. Though most of these problems are natural signs of aging or part of our genetic makeup, there are some simple preventative measures and home remedies that may help some of these hair complaints.
Facts about Hair:

Typically, hair grows an average of an inch every two months. 

The average head can shed up to 100 of its 100,000 hairs every day. 

Indication of hair loss:

Hair Loss generally is noticed in one of two-ways. 

With common pattern baldness, the loss is gradual. It can start as early as puberty, or very late in life. 

Sudden loss of hair, or loss in clumps usually indicates a different problem. This type of symptom could be caused by a number of factors, including hormonal changes, medications, thyroid problems, among others. 

Male pattern baldness typically starts by causing the hairline to recede in the center of the forehead. A bald spot may then form on the top of the head, towards the back and center. Eventually almost all the hair on the top of the head will be lost. This leaves the hair on the sides and back forming the notorious horseshoe pattern. By this stage, hair loss will be very difficult to treat with medications. A hair transplant may be a good option at this point, though they can be expensive. 

Female pattern baldness results in a more evenly spread out thinning of hair. Women will notice an increased rate of hair loss. This will most likely be noticed on pillows, in the shower, hairbrushes, or even vacuum brushes. It is impossible to count the number of hairs being lost per day, but women will notice the thinning and loss of hair around the same time. Some women who have curly or thick hair may not notice the change as early. Skin and hair color also determine how easily the thinning is noticed. Someone who has light hair and dark skin will notice balding much sooner than most. 

Self-care remedy tips for hair loss:

Massage the scalp with 2-3 drops of essential oil or a good vegetable oil. Massage well into the scalp so that the oil gets into deep roots of hair. Wrap the hair in plastic wrap and place a warm towel around it. Leave it for 2 to three hours or overnight. Shampoo the hair with a mild shampoo. Practicing this at regular basis would help your hair pores get rejuvenated. 

Eat a handful of white sesame seeds every morning. One handful of these small seeds contains about 1,200 mg. of calcium and magnesium to ignite the required nourishments of your scalp not to loose hair. 

Take some yogurt everyday (unless you are allergic to milk). 

Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar tea to help hair grow. 

Mix little warmer castor and almond oil and massage over scalp at least once a week. 

Grind lime seeds and black pepper in equal number in some water and apply on the scalp at regular intervals. 

Scrub the bald portion with onions till it becomes red. Then applying honey, scrub the scalp once a day. 

Massage almond oil on scalp 2 to 3 times a day. Further hair loss will stop by doing this practice. 

Massage coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel into the scalp and hair. Leave it for ½ hour, and then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week. 

Massage honey with egg yolk into the scalp and hair. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse to prevent hair loss. 

Cause of hair problems:

The cause of hair loss is most commonly related to male gender, hormonal changes and genetics. Medications can be another reason for the hair loss.

Temporary hair loss can occur in conjunction with a high fever, a severe illness, thyroid disorders, iron deficiency, general anesthesia, drug treatments, hormonal imbalance, or extreme stress, and in women following childbirth. In these conditions, a large number of hair follicles suddenly go into a resting phase, causing hair to thin noticeably

General tips to take care of hair from loss:

Eating a balanced, healthy diet is important for a lot of reasons, and it really benefits your hair. And don't forget to treat your hair well. For example, some doctors recommend using baby shampoo, shampooing no more than once a day, and lathering gently. 

Don't rub your hair too vigorously with a towel, either. Many hair experts suggest you consider putting away the blow dryer and air-drying your hair instead. If you can't live without your blow dryer, try using it on a low heat setting. 

Style your hair when it's dry or damp. Styling your hair while it's wet can cause it to stretch and break. And try to avoid teasing your hair, which can also cause damage. Finally, be careful when using chemicals - such as straightness or color  on your hair.

Pomegranate Seeds Scrub

Apart from being greatly tasty and healthy fruits, the seeds of the Pomegranate can also be used to make a scrub for our skin. Fortunately, the season of this fruit starts in September and ends around January. This is exactly the time when our skin gets rough and needs care. Here’s what you need:
Pomegranate seeds (fresh) – 2 tbsp; Olive oil – 3 tbsp; brown sugar (packed) – 3 tbsp; Honey – 1 tbsp.

Take up a small bowl and pour the sugar, honey and olive oil; in sequence. Go on mixing this mixture until it becomes a smooth paste. If, while mixing, you feel that it’s coming out dry, you should add more oil; if it is quite the contrary, you should add more sugar. Now, add the fresh seeds and gently stir. Do not put in too many seeds. Congratulations! You have your Pomegranate seeds scrub.

Oatmeal Scrub

This is a more common option for many people as they might already have tried it. Prepare a little amount of lukewarm water. Ground a considerable amount of oatmeal (any) and add to the warm water. Mix them together till they form a thick paste.
Application should be controlled with circular movements and massaged on the forehead. After keeping it for some time, wash away the remnants with warm water. We advise you to apply this everyday, at least for two weeks.

Curd Peeling Scrub

Many women know about this and might have tried it; differently maybe. Take one teaspoon of rice, half a spoon of olive oil and two tablespoons of cottage cheese. Seekh kabab


 Seekh kabab is one of the most popular varieties of kabab. Traditionally it is cooked in a charcoal oven which gives a wonderful texture and flavour to the kababs. But it can also be made easily at home with minimal effort and yet without any compromise on taste. I have given below the recipe of making seekh kabab by frying in oil.
Ingredients
300 gms Boneless chicken (washed and pat dried with a towel such that that no water remains)
2 inch piece of ginger
5 cloves of garlic
1 Big onion chopped
1 small cube of cheese grated
1 ½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 ½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp Egg white (approximately)
½ cup Coriander leaves
½ cup mint leaves
Oil for frying
Optional
1 tsp Chaat masala
½ a lemon

LOW FAT TANDOORI CHICKEN

Tandoori chicken is a very popular dish in India and abroad. In this the chicken is marinated in yogurt and a mix of spices. It is simply delicious and is often served as a starter. The low use of oil makes it a healthier option as well. Conventionally the tandoori chicken is made in a clay oven but it can also be made in a regular grill or a convection microwave oven. 
Ingredients
250 gms boneless chicken pieces
½ cup yogurt
½ tsp lime juice
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp salt
½ tbsp garlic paste
½ tbsp ginger paste
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chicken 65 masala
½ tsp garam masala

Crispy Fish Fly:

Ingredients
Fish fillet ½ kg
Flour ½ cup
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Worchester sauce 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Beaten egg 2
Oil for fry


Method
• Cut fish into small pieces, marinate with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp Worchester sauce and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
• Beat eggs very well. Add in 2 – 3 tbsp flour,
• Coat marinated fish with remaining flour, dip in prepared batter, roll in bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
• Remove in a platter and serve with ketchup

1 tbsp corn flour
1 packet bread crumbs

Method:
1. Hammer the chicken.
2. Then add corn flour, white vinegar, soy sauce, salt and mix well and leave it for half an hour.
3. Beat 3 eggs and keep aside.
4. Heat the oil in wok.

1. Roll out the dough 1/8 inch thick, cut into 3 inch square pieces, brush the sides with beaten eggs and fill with the fried mince meat in the centre

3. Place on tray, brush with beaten egg, bake on 225 degree C for 20 minutes.

Flour ½ kg
Master puff 400-500 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Water to knead dough



Method
1. Sieve flour, make a hollow in the centre, put salt and knead with water to medium soft dough.
2. Keep aside for 30 minutes, divide the dough into 2 portions, sprinkle flour on the working table.
3. Roll out 1 dough to a medium size rectangle, take unipuff, cut into half ounce piece, put in a line, turn the side on the unipuff, press a little with rolling pin so it levels
4. Roll it along the side, sprinkle flour on table, roll in the medium size rectangular and give 3 folds, first halfway, then over top of each other
5. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes, take out dough, roll again to a medium rectangle, give three folds, do this procedure for 3 to 4 times, from the prepared dough cut half dough and roll to a medium size to make patties

"It can help you feel fuller, longer and it can help with diabetes," she says, adding that fiber has also been shown to regulate blood sugar and lower blood cholesterol levels.

"Fiber, in my mind, is one of the most underrated nutrients," Ansel says.
To get those benefits, the Institute of Medicine recommends individuals eat 14 grams for every 1,000 calories of food, which means most of us should be getting between 25 and 40 grams daily. But, as the National Institutes of Health reports, we tend to fall way short -- the average American gets only about 14 grams per day.
Fortunately, with just a bit of planning and know-how, it is relatively easy to work fiber into your diet. And while people often think of standbys like whole-wheat bread, greens and oatmeal, there are many other ways to work more fiber into your diet.
